Shipping Costs

We charge $14,95 for standard shipping.

Order Tracking

Every order includes Track & Trace shipping.

Once your jewellery has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Delivery Times

Every Claire Bennet Jewellery piece is handcrafted in small batches before being carefully packaged.

Because of our handcrafted process, please allow approximately 10–14 business days for production and delivery.

While we always aim to deliver as quickly as possible, delivery times may occasionally vary due to customs processing, courier delays or peak periods.

If You're Not Home

If delivery cannot be completed, your local courier will normally leave a delivery notification or attempt another delivery. In some cases, your parcel may be taken to a nearby collection point.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before completing your order.

As we begin processing orders quickly, address changes cannot always be guaranteed. If you notice an error, contact support@clairebennetjewellery.com immediately and we'll do our best to assist you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Claire Bennet Jewellery is not responsible for parcels that are confirmed as delivered by the courier.

If your tracking information shows your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. We will gladly assist you in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.
