Return & Refund Policy
If you have received an incorrect item or believe your jewellery has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at support@clairebennetjewellery.com. Our customer support team will be happy to assist you.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order, provided it is returned in its original condition.
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be eligible for a refund of the purchase price. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged through misuse, or returned in a condition that prevents them from being resold.
Requesting a Return
To request a return, please email support@clairebennetjewellery.com with:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- Your delivery address
- The reason for your return
Our team will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Once your return has been approved:
- Carefully package your jewellery to prevent damage during transit.
- Clearly mark your parcel as Return.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged during return transit.
- Email your tracking number to support@clairebennetjewellery.com once your parcel has been shipped.
Return Conditions
Returned items must:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Be unworn and in their original condition.
- Include the original Claire Bennet Jewellery packaging where reasonably possible.
- Be free from damage caused by misuse, accidents or improper care.
For hygiene reasons, earrings may not be eligible for return if they have been worn.
Easy Returns in Three Simple Steps
Step 1 – Contact Us
Email support@clairebennetjewellery.com with your order number and reason for your return. Our team will provide the return instructions.
Step 2 – Send Your Return
Package your jewellery securely and send it using a tracked shipping service. As the sender, you remain responsible for the parcel until it has been delivered to us.
Step 3 – Receive Your Refund
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning their order unless the item received is incorrect or faulty.
As our returns are processed through our international fulfilment partner, your return may need to be shipped to a processing facility outside Australia. Return shipping costs may therefore vary depending on your location.
