Promotion conditions

At Claire Bennet Jewellery, we occasionally host giveaways, competitions and promotional campaigns through our website and social media channels. The following terms apply to all promotional activities unless otherwise stated.

• Participation is free of charge unless otherwise specified.
• Employees and representatives of Claire Bennet Jewellery are not eligible to participate.
• The start and end date of each giveaway or promotion will be clearly stated in the relevant announcement.
• Winners will be selected fairly and at random unless a different selection method is specified.
• Winners will be contacted via the platform on which the giveaway was held (such as Instagram or Facebook) or by email where appropriate.
• If a winner does not respond within 7 days, Claire Bennet Jewellery reserves the right to select a new winner.
• Claire Bennet Jewellery reserves the right to disqualify participants who submit false information, use fraudulent methods or otherwise violate these terms.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit or alternative products unless otherwise stated.
• No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of any giveaway or competition.
• Promotional discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders.
• Claire Bennet Jewellery reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion or giveaway at any time where necessary.
