2. Orders

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this period, production may already have begun and we are unable to cancel the order.

3. Handmade Jewellery

Every Claire Bennet Jewellery piece is handcrafted in small batches using carefully selected freshwater pearls, natural gemstones and premium beads.

Due to the handmade nature of our jewellery, slight variations in colour, shape, texture and natural markings may occur. These unique characteristics are part of the beauty of handmade jewellery and are not considered defects.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the selected currency and include applicable taxes where required.

We reserve the right to update prices, promotions and product availability at any time without prior notice.

5. Shipping

Every piece is handcrafted to order.

Please allow approximately 10–14 business days for production and delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays or busy periods.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be:

• Unused

• In their original condition

• Returned in the original Claire Bennet Jewellery packaging where reasonably possible

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

7. Lifetime Warranty

Claire Bennet Jewellery proudly offers a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty covers defects in craftsmanship under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Accidental damage

• Lost or stolen items

• Damage caused by misuse or improper care

• Cosmetic wear from everyday use

8. Jewellery Care

Our jewellery is designed for everyday wear and is water resistant.

To help preserve its beauty over time, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals, abrasive surfaces and excessive force.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible.

Due to differences in screen settings and the natural characteristics of freshwater pearls and gemstones, colours and appearance may vary slightly from the images shown on our website.
